Common Instagram Automation Issues

Can't connect Instagram for automation?

Make sure you have an Instagram Business or Creator account (not personal). Your account must also be linked to a Facebook Page. Grant all requested permissions during the OAuth connection process.

Instagram automation bot not responding to messages?

Check that: 1) Your automation flow is activated, 2) The trigger keyword matches exactly, 3) Your Instagram access token hasn't expired (check Settings & AI page to refresh).

AI chatbot replies not working on Instagram?

Verify that you've entered a valid Gemini API key in your Settings. You can get one free from Google AI Studio at makersuite.google.com.
